Innwell Pilates Reformer II Training
Intermediate Level | Two-day course
Innwell Pilates Reformer II is an advanced, two-day training program designed for instructors who already have solid foundations in Reformer Pilates and want to progress to a higher level of conscious, professional teaching.
The training program focuses on deepening teaching methodology, understanding exercise progressions, and skillfully adapting training to the diverse needs of clients. This course develops instructors not only technically, but also analytically and methodologically.

Particular emphasis is placed on observing the body in motion and making informed training decisions.
Training scope includes:

intermediate-level exercises and their progressions,
-
working with longer exercise sequences and class rhythm,
-
building logical and safe training sequences,
-
working with higher-level and more physically capable clients,
