Innwell Pilates Reformer I Training
Basic Level | Two-day course
Innwell Pilates Reformer I is an intensive, two-day educational program designed for individuals who want to begin professional work on the reformer or organize and strengthen their Pilates fundamentals. The course provides a solid foundation for further instructor development and is the first step in the certified Innwell Pilates education pathway.
The training program is based on the classical principles of Joseph Pilates’ Contrology, with a strong focus on safety, movement precision, and conscious work with the client’s body. Participants learn not only the exercises themselves, but above all the logic of the reformer system: exercise order, load selection, spring control, and conscious cueing.
During the training, particular emphasis is placed on:
-
correct movement biomechanics and core (powerhouse) engagement,
-
safe delivery of individual and group sessions,
-
analysis of the most common technical mistakes and methods of correction,
-
adapting exercises for beginners, post-injury clients, and individuals with movement limitations.
Participants learn the complete Reformer Basic repertoire, equipment setup, work with the footbar, springs, and accessories, as well as health and safety regulations and the instructor’s responsibility when working with equipment.
The training has a practical and theoretical format. Each exercise is discussed in terms of its purpose, safety, modifications, and application in real client work.
