We normally ship orders throughout Poland

Delivery Notification

We currently ship orders within our regular 7-10 business day time frame. (Business days: Monday – Friday)

Unfortunately, we cannot confirm delivery dates until an order has been placed. Our carriers are also experiencing high demand, so please allow 24 hours either side of your expected delivery date.

Due to the high volume of enquiries, please allow 24 hours (working days) for our team to respond. Our current phone times are Monday to Friday (between 9am and 4.30pm). If you contact us by phone and can’t get through, please make sure you leave your name and number on the voicemail so we can call you back.

Standard delivery

Current delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. The goods will be sent as soon as possible. Standard delivery from PLN 30 including VAT.

Free delivery

Free delivery within Poland is available for selected products over PLN 400 (excluding VAT). Terms and conditions apply for delivery times and certain products.

Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery is currently unavailable.

Specialist Installation

Some products require specialist installation.

If installation is required with one of these products, one of our fulfilment team will contact you to arrange the next available installation date.

Please note: For large or heavy items, we currently only offer pallet curbside drop. For more details, please call 0333 2000 750.

Collections: If you would like to collect your online order from our warehouse in Dąbrowa, this can be arranged. To speak to one of our team, please call +48 511 55 66 66.
