How do I place an order?

Do I need an account to place an order on your website?

You do not need an account to place an order on our website. However, creating an account will allow you to view previous orders and the status of your current order. Creating an account is easy and can be done at the checkout.

How do I pay for my order?

We currently accept several different payment options: Credit Card, Debit Card, American Express, Blik or PayPal. When you place an order on our website, you are protected by a 128-bit SSL encryption certificate, which ensures that your data is secure while it is being transmitted to our payment processors. Innwell does not store any payment details on its systems.

When will I be charged?

If your credit/debit card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been accepted. Only paid orders will be processed. You will not be charged for any failed payment transactions.

What countries do you deliver to?

Currently our site offers delivery to Poland. If you require delivery outside of these countries, please call +48 509 77 88 11 for a delivery quote.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to process your order within 24 hours and dispatch it from our warehouse as quickly as possible. Delivery speed will depend on the method selected when placing your order. We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends, public holidays or bank holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is on its way to your delivery address.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped and depending on the shipping method you have chosen, you will receive a tracking number from our chosen courier. This will allow you to track your parcel as it makes its way to your chosen delivery address. If you have any questions or concerns about the delivery of your order, please contact us.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on the shipping method you have chosen when placing your order, you should receive your items no later than 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. If you think there may be a problem with your order, please contact us.

How do I return an item?

You have the right to return any item or your entire order within 14 business days of receiving your parcel. Please contact us before returning any items. Please also note that unless they are faulty, the items will be returned at your own cost. Once the items have been returned, a refund will be made within 14 business days.

How do I cancel my order?

As we aim to process your order as quickly as possible, there is a high chance that it will have already been dispatched. In this case, you can refuse the parcel upon delivery or return all items and we will issue a full refund. Please contact us before returning. Please also note that unless they are faulty, items will be returned at your own expense.

Once the cancelled order has been returned to us, a refund will be issued within 14 working days.
