Withdrawal from the Agreement – return of goods:

The Consumer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

In accordance with the “Act of 02.03.2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by a dangerous product”, (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271) Art. 2 point 2, a consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it without giving reasons, within 14 days of receiving the goods. Cancellation may be partial or from the entire order.

In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, the right to return does not apply to any entity other than the Consumer (Consumer within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code).

The Consumer is obliged to return the Goods in an unchanged state, unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management.

Please attach proof of purchase (original receipt or VAT invoice). The Goods should be returned immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of sending the declaration of withdrawal from the contract by the Consumer. The return of the Goods (the cost of sending the Goods back to the Store) is at the Consumer’s expense.
Note: Innwell store does not accept cash on delivery.

In accordance with the Act, products protected by copyright, such as software, CDs, etc. and personalized/tailored products to the individual needs of the Consumer are not subject to return.

Note: Please inform Innwell of your intention to withdraw from the Agreement by completing the goods return form and sending it to office@innwell-group.com within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

The return will not be considered without the attached return form and proof of purchase.

The returned goods should be sent to the following address: Innwell sp. Z o.o. – ul. Innowatorów 8 62-069 Dąbrowa with the note return.

Complaint and warranty:

The goods offered by Innwell are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage (such as dents, tears, abrasions, cuts, etc.) or damage caused by negligent or improper use, not in accordance with its intended purpose. Complaints about the goods consist in reporting the defect to the store’s service staff using the complaint form, then sending the product together with a description of the complaint (please attach proof of purchase – receipt or invoice) to the company’s office address. Shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.

The manufacturer’s warranty is provided for:
– 24 months for individual customers who do not use the equipment commercially
– 12 months for entrepreneurs and customers who use the equipment commercially

NOTE: Innwell sp. z o.o. does not accept cash on delivery or shipments sent at the expense of the recipient Innwell sp. z o.o. After receiving information about the complaint from the Customer and the goods that are the subject of the complaint together with a description, Innwell Sp. z o.o. is obliged to respond to the complaint within 14 days. The deadline for repair or replacement of the goods depends on the manufacturer and is approximately 1 to 2 months.
